We want you to love every piece you bring home from Timber N Thyme. If your artisanal decor isn't quite right for your space, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition and kept in the original packaging. While we strive for perfection in every handcrafted detail, we understand that sometimes things change once you see them in your home. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Home fragrance and scented products are not returnable.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that custom orders, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
